i fell in love with this blair waldorf outfit when it showed early this year, but never owned a tiered shirt until now (new purchase post to come soon)!

the tiered shirt really makes this outfit special because it brings a more interesting and girly element to the classic skirt and cardigan look. pairing it with a chanel bag also helps make this outfit wonderful!
what took me so long to wear a similar outfit was that i was never able to find a good quality tiered shirt! i kept finding tiered shirts made of a cheap shiny material that looked like it was from the late 90s, or gorgeous sheer silk shirts that were completely out of my budget. i finally found and ended up settling for a cotton tank which also looks great and casual with skinny jeans. here's the hoping that the weather will be warming soon!
